Melilla (Spain) will host the 5th Edition of the Forum &#8220;Creative Cities and Territories of Spain&#8221; dedicated to the theme &#8220;<strong>Culture and Innovation, Creative and Sustainable Tourism Motors<\/strong>&#8220;.
