Route held in Ja\u00e9n (Spain) on 10 October 2017, the Scientific Committee of the Phoenicians&#8217; Route has approved the establishment of an International University Network to support the Phoenicians&#8217; Route &#8211; Cultural Route of the Council of Europe, formed by the institutions that have signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with the Phoenicians&#8217; Route.<\/p>\n<p>The IUN Network was created to promote a Knowledge and Cooperation Network in the research and development of economic, scientific and cultural projects of common interest related to the following themes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cultural, material and immaterial heritage<\/li>\n<li>intercultural dialogue<\/li>\n<li>cultural, sustainable, responsible and experiential tourism<\/li>\n<li>archaeology and history<\/li>\n<li>tourism sciences and local development<\/li>\n<li>education and pedagogy<\/li>\n<li>cultural management<\/li>\n<li>communication and sustainable development<\/li>\n<li>landscape and cultural itineraries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The IUN Network promotes the following activities:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>development of research projects of mutual interest on the basis of a protocol to be defined on a three-year basis;<\/li>\n<li>study visits made by members and researchers of the various institutions involved in order to carry out research and improve the training of scientific personnel;<\/li>\n<li>joint organization of masters, summer and winter camps, seminars, symposia and discussions on topics of common interest;<\/li>\n<li>exchange of good practices<\/li>\n<li>student mobility both among the Institutions involved and the Route.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Constitutive Act of the Network IUN (<a href=\"https:\/\/fenici.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Atto-Costitutivo-IUN-RdF_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">download pdf<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>The following Universities and Research Centers are currently members of the International University Network (IUN) promoted by the Phoenicians&#8217;
