On Tuesday 14 November, the Kick-off Meeting of the ‘NEXT ROUTES \u2013 Upskilling of staff through digital, creative gamification and innovative strategies for the enhancement of EU Cultural Routes’ project was held at the Salzburg Congress Centre.<\/div>\n

The Project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union and brings together 6 Cultural Routes certified by the Council of Europe<\/span> (in addition to the Phoenicians\u2019 Route, European Route of Jewish Heritage<\/a>, European Mozart Ways<\/a>, Routes of the Olive Tree<\/a>, ATRIUM<\/a> \u2013 Architecture of Totalitarian Regimes of the 20th Century In Europe\u2019s Urban Memory and Iron Age Danube Route), Mobile Idea Srl, one of EU\u2019s leading private companies specializing in technological innovation applied to the cultural and tourism sector and a research institute, the Breda University of Applied Sciences<\/a>.<\/div>\n

NEXT ROUTES is a very innovative project that will implement actions to further reinforce CRs staff\u2019s skills and knowledge in all aspects related to digital and creative competencies, to support CRs in the digital transition and to help them manage and disseminate CRs contents in an engaging and effective way by promoting their cultural heritage through innovative gamification approaches.<\/div>\n

The meeting was excellently hosted by European Mozart Ways<\/span>, which has its headquarters in Salzburg.<\/div>\n

Participants were able to discover this enchanting city, following in the footsteps of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, one of the most influential figures in the history of music and of Western culture as a whole, who was born here and took his first artistic steps.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
