Juan Miguel Pajuelo Sáez, Head of the Phoenicians’ Route Development Office in Spain and member of the International Management team, participated on 8 and 9 May in the 3rd Meeting of Managers of Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe in Spain, organised by the Subdirectorate General for the Management and Coordination of Cultural Heritage of the Spanish Ministry of Culture and the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe, in cooperation with the European Institute of Cultural Routes, at the Altamira Museum, Santillana del Mar, Cantabria.
The meeting entitled ‘Drawing the European Cultural Map: Collective Projects to Promote a Europe of Citizenship’ fostered an exchange of experiences and ideas on the topics of European planning, the potential of Cultural Routes in Latin America, and the topic of European citizenship.

Participants also had the opportunity to visit the beautiful Altamira Museum, a partner of European Rock Art Trails – Cultural Route of the Council of Europe.
